Don’t miss seeing Highlands blanketed in color throughout the upcoming 14th annual Dazzling Dahlia Festival held Sept. 5-7 in Highlands.
This year’s theme is Flower Power, 3 Days of Peace and Dahlias, and is the primary fundraiser for the Highlands Historical Society.
The multi-day event boasts several activities including the popular dahlia vignettes placed throughout town, a judged single-bloom competition at The Bascom, talks by dahlia experts and more.
