Highlands hosted its annual Halloween celebration on Oct. 31 and closed Main Street for the festivities.

Downtown was lined with children and adults donning creative costumes from hilarious to downright terrifying.

Kids lined the sidewalks filling bags of candy from local shops, while many adults strolled along checking out this year’s costume creations.

Rotary Club of Highlands was handing out free hot dogs and High 5 cranked out toons throughout the event.
