The Rotary Club of Highlands recently enjoyed an inspiring presentation from Sara Chrestman, director of The Gordon Center for Children.
The Center, celebrating its 40th year, was originally begun in 1984 by Wilma Gordon and is intentionally faith-based and literacy focused.
With free after-school programs, the Center provides nursery, transition, and preschool services with low-tuition costs due to donations and generous local business and community support.
