Dr. Isaac Owolabi, District Governor, was the featured speaker at The Rotary Club of Highlands’ September 11, 2018 meeting. Owolabi was born in Nigeria and has been a Rotary member for 28 years. Owolabi is a business professor at Montreat College and gave an animated and lively presentation about the state of the district and the bright future of Rotary.
