Stop and Adopt at Hudson Library

Thinking of adopting a pet? Come to Hudson Library on Saturday September 29 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The Cashiers-Highlands Humane Society will be set up in front parking lot of the library with adoption-ready pets for you to meet. Maybe your home will become the forever home for one of these lovely animals.

For more than a quarter-century, Cashiers-Highlands Humane Society has rescued, cared for, and found forever homes for thousands of abandoned and neglected animals. If you can’t make it to the Stop and Adopt event, you can visit CHHS Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 200 Gable Dr. in Sapphire, or contact them at 828-743-5752.

For more information or to request an accommodation, please call the library at 828-526-3031. Hudson Library, 554 Main Street in Highlands, is open 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday.
