The Highlands Ice Rink is open Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 26 and 27, from 1-8 p.m. The rink will also be open Friday and Saturday, Dec. 28-29, from 1-10 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 30 from 1-5 p.m. at Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park. For more information call at 828-526-3556.
