Excitement was running high at Blue Ridge School and Early College’s Homecoming Pep Rally on Friday to get students and faculty psyched for the basketball games later in the evening.
The spirit-filled pep rally started off easy with a little Dizzy Basketball to get the crowd warmed up. Students and faculty spun around on baseball bats for 10 repetitions and then contestants had to shoot a 3-point shot.

After Dizzy Basketball things got real as each upper class battled in games of tug-o-war. The two victorious classes to enter the esteemed ToW Championships were the senior and sophomore classes.

There were some tough wins and losses throughout the epic games that took place at Blue Ridge’s gymnasium, but to remind everyone that they are on the same team, the rally turned into a giant dance party.
