Blue Ridge girls varsity basketball team took on Highlands in the first round of the Little Smoky Mountain Conference tournament in Cashiers on Wednesday and walked away with the win, 45-43.
It came down to the final minutes, but the Lady Bobcats clawed their way to victory and the second round of the tournament. Blue Ridge plays tonight at home at 7 p.m.
