Highlands boys varsity basketball team wins LSMC tournament

Highlands boys varsity basketball team had reasons to celebrate after winning the Little Smoky Mountain Conference tournament  on Thursday against Hiwassee Dam. It was the first time they had won the tournament in the four seasons Brett Lamb has been their head coach. The final score was 57-46 and the tournament was held at Blue Ridge Early College.

The other reason to celebrate is that it was also the fourth year in a row the Highlanders have won the regular season championship.
