Blue Ridge students from grades 2-12 raised over $450 for the School’s music department last week at The Interstellar Talent Show. After the show the audience put money into buckets to vote for their winners, the act with the highest take is the winner.

“I was very proud of the performers,” said BREC Music Teacher Sarah Hall. “It takes a lot of bravery to put yourself out there like that. Most of them were nervous but carried on. Audience members have let me know how much they enjoyed the show and said it gets better every year.”

For the caliber of show the students delivered, they didn’t have too much time to practice.
