Highlands School elementary Field Day 2019

Highlands School elementary students got to blow off some steam at the end of the school year last month with their annual Field Day 2019.

The sun was shining, students and staff were sporting tattoos, the inflatables were bumping, there was bowling, pin the tail the donkey, chalking up the track, and a slew of games brightening up the day for hard-working elementary students after some pretty intense testing at the end of the school year.

Inflatable slides and a roaming Tyrannosaurus Rex earned the thumbs up from elementary students at Highlands School during Field Day 2019.

There is no luck when outdoor bowling on the school’s track at this year’s Field Day. Those in the know said all it takes is a bit of concentration.

Before pinning the tail on the donkey, students were spun repeatedly before being sent off with the goal of making the most accurate tail placement ever seen.

After a afternoon of some serious games and shenanigans, students took a breather with some popsicles at Field Day at Highlands School last month.
