Beggars Clan brought the funk to Highlands for Saturdays on Pine last week cranking out hits like Parliament’s Give Up the Funk (Tear the Roof Off the Sucker) to multiple James Brown classics. The on and off again rain did nothing to diminish the energy Beggars Clan brought from their hometown of Charleston, W.V.
