Summit Charter celebrates end of fall sports season with Pep Rally and Spirit Week

Students and faculty at Summit Charter School dressed up each day last week to a different theme culminating in a Pep Rally last Friday to celebrate and recognize the athletes from the fall sports season.

Students and faculty went nuts when the inaugural girls volleyball team was recognized last Friday during a Pep Rally.

Highlights from the season include boys cross country team taking first place in the Tri-State Championship and the creation of the inaugural girls volleyball team.

Summit boys cross country team took first place in the Tri-State Conference.

“We are really proud of how our kids competed and improved throughout the season,” said Summit Athletic Director Jeremy Robinson.

He added that Chance Wilson and Anthony Qemali were significant factors in the cross-country team’s championship and lead the soccer team in goals this season.
