The loss comes shortly after the Lady Bobcats heftily took down Nantahala 76-20 on Dec. 6, and Victory Christian 70-24 on Dec. 12. Following the loss to Cherokee, Blue Ridge defeated Andrews on the road 80-36 on Dec. 17.
Blue Ridge next plays at 5:30 on Jan. 9 at home against Victory Christian.
