Red, White & Blue Ridge Virtual 5K begins today

Today is the first day of official racing in the Red White & Blue Ridge Virtual 5K. With most of the Fourth of July races in Western North Carolina cancelled because of COVID-19, Red, White & Blue Ridge Virtual 5K is a great way to continue personal or family holiday traditions and support a great organization.

Instead of meeting up as a group on July 4, everyone will have the opportunity to run their own 5K on a route of their choosing sometime between today (June 29) and July 5. Entry fees have been dramatically reduced to only $10 each or you can create a group or team so families or groups of 4 or more can participate for only $25.
We are offering competitive and non-competitive divisions to allow everyone the choice to compete among other participants or just run/walk it for fun. Winners of the competitive division will be awarded entries into next year’s race.
All of the details of this virtual format can be found at the race site along with the link to registration HERE.

We look forward to once again seeing you in person in 2021. Take care and be safe and well.
