Celebration of Education was held at Wildcat Cliffs Country Club in support of The Literacy & Learning Center.

Celebration of Education is TL&LC’s annual fundraising gala. At this year’s event, attendees bid on silent auction items, tried their luck at wine roulette, enjoyed dinner by Wildcat Cliffs CC, participated in the live auction and paddle raise, and listened as distinguished author Patti Callahan Henry spoke on the importance of fairy tales.

Attendees of CoE were able to chat with New York Times Bestselling Author Patti Callahan Henry and purchase her latest book, Once Upon a Wardrobe before its official release date.

“We are so incredibly thankful for everyone who came to Celebration of Education and supported us through volunteering or donations,” said TL&LC Marketing Director Jenni Edwards. “It’s through the generosity and enthusiasm of our incredible community that make The Literacy & Learning Center successful, and we wouldn’t be here without them.”
