According to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, more than 580,000 veterans received dental care from their VA benefits last year. However, not everyone who qualifies for VA health care benefits also qualify for VA dental coverage. The BRFDC hosts these events to help supplement that gap.

Volunteers at the most recent Smile Day include Dr. Matt Corbin and Dr. Ashley Collins; and their team from Corbin Dental in Franklin.
