Area libraries begin Active Audio Challenge

The Fontana Regional Library system, including Hudson Library in Highlands and the Albert Carlton-Cashiers Community Library, is starting an Active Audio Challenge that will run now through May 31.

The Active Audio Challenge is active at libraries in both Highlands and Cashiers.

Participants who listen to 25 hours of audiobooks, while being active, will receive a prize.

Some examples of activity include walking, running, gardening, cooking, cleaning, and much more. Participants will be feeding both the body and mind with this Challenge.

To register for the Challenge, come by Hudson Library and pick up the logbook used to record entries.

For more information or to request accommodation, please call the Hudson Library at 828.526.3031. Hudson Library, 554 Main Street in Highlands, is open 10am-5:30pm Tuesday through Friday and 10am-4pm on Saturday.
