44th Annual Cashiers Christmas Parade-RESCHEDULED

Due to forecast deteriorating and severe weather conditions, the 44th Annual Cashiers Christmas Parade will NOT be held as scheduled. Instead, plans are to have a Cashiers Christmas Parade Block Party from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 11, on Frank Allen Road where floats, entertainment, and Santa & Mrs. Claus will host a “Parade Promenade” for the public to enjoy. Cashiers Cares will host their traditional fundraising meal at the firehouse. Frank Allen Road will be closed to vehicular traffic from the rec center to the fire department. See the Cashiers Area Chamber Facebook page HERE for additional details. Please attend and support our parade participants who enthusiastically prepared for this special event.

Parade participants will be announced and broadcast live on Live.HighSouthAdventures.com from the Crossroads so that friends and family unable to attend the parade in person can still enjoy the festivities.

Animal entries are abundant as well as personalized floats, trailers, vintage vehicles, fire engines, walking participants and more.
