Highlands varsity volleyball team beaten by Murphy

The Lady Highlanders varsity volleyball team lost to Murphy at home on Thursday 3-0 in a best of 5 series.

Highlands Head Coach Katy Postell said the girls are playing well but they have their work cut out for them to reach their full potential.

“They talk to each other on the court, they try to keep everyone positive, and they enjoy playing together,” said Postell. “They work hard and are fun to coach.”

Highlands is currently 1-2 so far this season and next plays at 6 p.m. away in Rosman.
