Highlands boys varsity basketball team loses against Tallulah Falls

Highlands boys varsity basketball team faced Tallulah Falls School at home on Monday and lost 69-25 in the first regular-season game of the year.

Highlands Coach Brett Lamb said the boys played hard but TFS sped up the tempo forcing some quick shots and too many turnovers.

“TFS played really well and showed us several things we need to work on, and we are looking forward to watching our team improve as the season goes on,” said Lamb.

Highlands next plays at 7:45 p.m. at home against Rosman on Friday. Junior varsity boys begin at 5 p.m.
