Highlands boys varsity basketball team takes down BREC

Highlands boys varsity basketball team traveled to Blue Ridge Early College to take on the Bobcats on Tuesday and won 67-44.

Highlands Coach Brett Lamb said everyone knew it was going to be a tough game when you face the Bobcats on their home turf.

“Any time you can come down here and win a game it’s a good thing,” said Lamb. “It’s hard to play here and being rivals, throw records out the window, everybody comes to play.”
