Highlands Performing Arts Center signs construction contract

The Highlands Performing Arts Center has been working over a year with a construction management team composed of project manager JLL, architect Lord Aeck Sargent, and contractor Choate Construction to design the PAC’s new theater.

Thursday, July 1 was the culmination of that work.

Construction is now ready to begin and PAC Board President, Nancy Harrison, recently signed the construction contract with Choate Construction. In the next few days construction will begin on the theater with a projected completion in the summer of 2022.
